Good people but bad systems and culture... - Account Director Zones Employee Review

All of the managers here, with the exception of 1 or maybe 2, are not made to be managers. No career progression offered and a lot of favouritism with the company that everyone is aware of but nothing is done about it. The systems are very backwards and the blame culture makes it a really unhealthy environment to work in.
