Management and systems in place are really chaotic. Highly politics, people in place are not fit. Culture is pushing people to do illegal things just to comply with impossible unreachable KPIs. People are not paid properly on their deserved commissions / incentives. Core values of the company is just a show and words and a total opposite of being observed internally.
