Pros
- Managers who will genuinely care about your growth
- Competitive Pay
- Unlimited PTO that you're encouraged to take
- Work on fun product that you can actually articulate what it does
- Your voice matters, in engineering. Encourage to speak up when direction doesn't make sense. There's a lot of trust in the engineers.
- Internal committees do try to make the remote experience fun and exciting
- Remote Opportunity
- CEO is actually a really cool dude
Cons
- Healthcare benefits are bad, lots of medications not covered well
- If you live near Indy, forced Hybrid unless you have a circumstance they deem is good enough to work remote
- If you are not working in Engineering, day-to-day life is stressful. Especially in sales. When sales are up, depts are positive and great, otherwise you are constantly pressured.
- Some management in other departments are just plain not nice, have caused the departure of amazing talent from the company. This feedback has been reported in many reviews, but nothing is unfortunately ever done. This management requires "yes men" for their team and if you don't comply you are pushed into moving on.
- Company is burning money and unfortunately not making enough sales, they've gone through multiple layoffs in the last year. Be wary on applying to open positions.
