Pros
->Best for starting Drupal career. -> Perfect salary cuts for LOP leaves, lack in time logged. -> Great opportunity to work 24 hours without additional pay.
Cons
->Don't stick to the company. Change quickly before the 1st appraisal because your take home salary would get reduced 😂. Deductions would be larger than the appraisal. -> Awful if stick with the company. Won't get appraisal or consideration. They will realise only when you drop resignation. -> Delays in Salary, PF, Tax.
