      Pros

      I was working in company for more than a year Company is thinking they are Google but is a small shop in Kerala. No major positives to mention about the company...

      Cons

      1) Always having Delay in Salary / No Salary - I have not yet received my pending salary after leaving the company. They have not paid by PF and TDS till now. 2) We can see the TDS and PF deduction in payslip; but will never pay to government on time. 3) No Career growth 4) No Salary increments 5) No flexible working atmosphere in the company 6) Time consuming time tracking systems which is of no use 7 No opportunities for onsite visit Never Join this company which will spoil a person's career

      the work culture used to be transparent and relaxed

      Cons

      delay in salary month on month No clarity on payments Management has no clear answer on cash crunch solutions Management only talks big by giving past examples but no new initiative taken No new projects in company Extended work hours without any benefits No proper canteen facility Huge attrition, lots of old employees quitting due to delay in salary payment and extended work pressure No proper appraisal cycle

      Pros

      ->Best for starting Drupal career. -> Perfect salary cuts for LOP leaves, lack in time logged. -> Great opportunity to work 24 hours without additional pay.

      Cons

      ->Don't stick to the company. Change quickly before the 1st appraisal because your take home salary would get reduced 😂. Deductions would be larger than the appraisal. -> Awful if stick with the company. Won't get appraisal or consideration. They will realise only when you drop resignation. -> Delays in Salary, PF, Tax.
