      Pros

      There are a number of wonderful people working there who are passionate about their customers.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. Extremely poor leadership. Technology leadership has succeeded in delivering nothing but a pink slip to two CTOs in a row. I'm not sure how they still have a job. Where there is smoke, there is fire.
