      Pros

      I'm never afraid to make a mistake I'm never afraid to ask questions I'm never forced to choose between my family/health and work My work/life balance is better then it has ever been My co-workers are some of the most talented and supportive group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working beside. Their level of expertise is humbling an incredibly motivating. Our management team leads by example and never by fear Other tech companies are laying off workers and we can't find people fast enough!

      Cons

      Not many cons here. If I had to pick something... I wish I could see my co-workers face to face more often. Which can be difficult for a globally distributed company that we are.

      - The company culture here is truly the best I've ever seen. The people working here are genuinely interesting folks, and we're all encouraged to bring our genuine selves to work every day - Really great PTO policies - Remote first workforce - Flexible work schedules - Supportive management - The lion's share of our work is open-source and freely available to anyone who wants to use it

      - Salaries haven't been at parity with the market for some time, but we are catching up

      - Generous leave policy - Fully covered health insurance - Budgets for equipment, education, and more - A great team of caring individuals who truly care about you as a person. - A global team helps with work/life balance - Management is transparent about finances, sales, hiring - nothing is a secret or hidden

      Cons

      - Being a small company, while the salaries are more than fair, they're not mega tech corp salaries, so don't expect them to be. - We're not as diverse as we could be, but we are actively working on that!
