Pros
Great culture, great technology, amazing people. You open the computer in the morning and you feel that you are doing something useful. You do your job with happiness, which for me it's most important.
Cons
I did not find any but maybe I am a bit biased. In my career I have worked for many big IT companies and I dealt with toxic culture, micromanagement, horrible products. The fact that Amazee has great technology, great people and always happy to help and improve, no toxicity .. for me makes it the best place to work.

I'm never afraid to make a mistake I'm never afraid to ask questions I'm never forced to choose between my family/health and work My work/life balance is better then it has ever been My co-workers are some of the most talented and supportive group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working beside. Their level of expertise is humbling an incredibly motivating. Our management team leads by example and never by fear Other tech companies are laying off workers and we can't find people fast enough!
Cons
Not many cons here. If I had to pick something... I wish I could see my co-workers face to face more often. Which can be difficult for a globally distributed company that we are.
