Pros

- lots of autonomy and trust! - not micromanaged - lots of learning and growth opportunities - excellent marketing colleagues and leadership that works hard and is really helping the company stand out in a crowded market - ample connecting with colleagues in person - easy access to executive leadership that really wants to hear feedback - HR team that makes everyone feel included, with thoughtful gifts and engaging activities throughout the year - best finance team I've worked with – gracious and patient

Cons

- sometimes too many questions about inconsequential details - travel booking platform used is not very good, but is used by many tech companies - sometimes a lack of alignment between sales and marketing, but this has improved over time - if you're not on site with the IL team, you can feel detached and lack influence in overall company direction - very fast pace with some projects that feel abrupt and random - need better forecasting to set more realistic sales goals so people can receive their full bonus and believe quarterly numbers are attainable - was difficult to disconnect on vacation with colleagues sending Slack messages during time off
