Based on who is the scheduler, they are bias and won't give you jobs. I guess if they are getting favors on the side, they will assign the jobs. If you don't want to give jobs to the people doing the work, you should be in a different business. They send out emails for jobs already taken; not sure if their tech is bad but there are jobs I signed up for, the scheduler would not schedule me but it is open for days.
