Pros

Misery loves company, so you will have lots of opportunities to seek comfort from those suffering around you. Also, if you have career goals in leadership positions, this company is a great place to learn what NOT TO DO.

Cons

This company is all smoke and mirrors. The only way to survive is to be a "Yes man" to the owners. The proof is employees going from receptionist to "CFOs" in two years with no continued education. Where the only visible contribution from the "COO" was a weekly book club you were forced to attend while at work drowing in projects. Turnover is very high in all departments, including leadership. They literally fire people who don't share the same political views as the owners. It's supposed to be a no gossip environment, yet the most gossip comes from leadership. The company was built on and survives off one client, Kroger (Frys) and serves many of their brands nationwide. If that client only knew how they treat their employees and how they have been screwed on their printing rates for over a decade! PULL THE INVOICES KROGER the rates just depend on how greedy the sales rep wants to be and how well they can hide/ manipulate the numbers!! They publically criticize employees who can't work massive amounts of overtime and fire those who give any push back on the archaic processes and procedures. The owners make drastic changes in pay, commissions and push harsh disciplinary actions, while hiding behind middle management. To then not stand by that decision. They play favorites to those who stroke their egos and run those who don't out. They refuse to pay for a qualified human resource manager, because they DO NOT want to follow any legal standards or requirements in how to treat employees. The owners bought into the EOS employee training and coaching company and became representatives of that organization even though they can't retain happy employees, drugs are frequently used and found on site, and inappropriate relationships are rampant including the 40yr old owner, grooming an 18yr old employee into his wife. An incredibly toxic environment lead by to ego driven narcissist. I personally know 5 people who left that could have easily sued azpro for all kinds of labor laws and unethical treatment, but were to relieved to be out of there to look back. The employees should a union to join immediately.

Pros

Trustworthy owners and operation. High trust environment with amazing benefits. Get to work with long-term oriented people who are smart and friendly. Solid sense of humor throughout the office. Great and consistent culture around work/life balance.

Cons

The influx of the workload can be a bit up and down at times (i.e. 'when it rains, it pours'). They do a good job managing it, but it is a reality of the industry/clients. Also, sometimes you have to contribute towards work that isn't directly/completely aligned with your position's typical focus (e.g. helping your boss write or update a procedure, contribute towards training that you're an expert at, etc.). While that's natural for most organizations of this size that are growing, it could be something to consider if you really value having a job where the novelty of your assigned work/tasks is at or near zero.

Pros

None that I can think of besides some of the people are nice.

Cons

Leadership is clueless and in a echo chamber of their own making. Outside ideas never penetrate. EGO and emotion rule the roost. The "visionary" is exceptionally clueless and extremely under-educated in how to successfully run a business.
