Pros

The hybrid-work schedule lets you work from home part of the week—though you won’t be trusted to get work done, it’s at least a break from the toxic office.

Cons

Brandon Rost fosters an extremely toxic culture built on fear, control, and public humiliation. During my time there, I witnessed him make at least five female employees cry. Everyone operates on edge, constantly bracing for criticism—which is the only kind of feedback you'll get. Promotions and raises don’t happen, and there’s no leadership to support your growth or teach you if you’re new. Employees are overloaded with work until they burn out and quit, which is treated as routine. Brandon makes it clear that everyone is replaceable and that no one truly matters. The agency model prioritizes quantity over quality, encouraging the use of AI and copy-paste tactics to pump out as much work as possible, with zero concern for whether it’s good. If you take pride in your work or want to grow professionally, this is not the place for you. Suggestions for improvement are taken as personal attacks and met with hostility. There is a reason nobody with talent sticks around.

Pros

Leadership: I thoroughly enjoy my time at beMarketing. The CEO and the leadership team are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. It is rare to find a leadership team that is this accessible and genuinely great to work with. I always feel supported not just by management, but by the rest of the team as well. It’s a very collaborative environment. The flexible schedules are a huge plus. The combination of a hybrid work week and Summer Fridays makes a big difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The benefits package is solid, with great PTO, medical, dental, and a 401K plan. The culture is also a highlight, featuring in-office and out-of-office events where the company provides lunch and fun activities.

Cons

Like any agency, it can get fast-paced, but the team support makes it manageable.

Pros

I'm glad to work with competent colleagues who get the job done!

Cons

Deadlines were crazy and expectations were insane! Demands were unreasonable and management's the most brutal people to work with! They won't let you off work until you give them what they need!
