Pros

Account managers and design are nice people.

Cons

There are so many. First it’s a small company with too many clients. They have a hard time keeping up with work. Also management promises client more than they can deliver. They don’t know much about seo/ ppc but still insist they will be able to help them out. The clients are always mad at them. Brandon Rost the ceo is a psychopath and will flip out on anyone for the stupidest reasons. While I was there I saw him yell at my manger until she was in tears. He will say anything to get their business. I left a good company to come there and I’m glad I never have to step foot in that office ever again. I feel like they take advantage for small businesses who no nothing about social media, ppc or websites.

Pros

The hybrid-work schedule lets you work from home part of the week—though you won’t be trusted to get work done, it’s at least a break from the toxic office.

Cons

Brandon Rost fosters an extremely toxic culture built on fear, control, and public humiliation. During my time there, I witnessed him make at least five female employees cry. Everyone operates on edge, constantly bracing for criticism—which is the only kind of feedback you'll get. Promotions and raises don’t happen, and there’s no leadership to support your growth or teach you if you’re new. Employees are overloaded with work until they burn out and quit, which is treated as routine. Brandon makes it clear that everyone is replaceable and that no one truly matters. The agency model prioritizes quantity over quality, encouraging the use of AI and copy-paste tactics to pump out as much work as possible, with zero concern for whether it’s good. If you take pride in your work or want to grow professionally, this is not the place for you. Suggestions for improvement are taken as personal attacks and met with hostility. There is a reason nobody with talent sticks around.

Pros

hybrid work schedule summer fridays birthday PTO

Cons

This is a work environment that sounds so great from the outside until you actually start working there. Management is obsessively focused on every move employees make, fostering a claustrophobic micromanagement style that stifles genuine productivity. Every laptop is equipped with invasive monitoring software that tracks your every move and takes random screenshots throughout the day to be sent to leadership. This scrutiny doesn't stop when you leave the office. On work from home days employees can expect every single minute of their day, down to the length of their lunch breaks, to be questioned and analyzed for "inefficiencies." The professional environment is further marred by a leadership team that leads through intimidation rather than inspiration. It is common knowledge that the CEO views all employees as replaceable, a sentiment that manifests in disrespectful interactions and public outbursts where staff are screamed at in front of the office. I have never felt more disrespected in my life than I did when speaking to him. This "efficiency at all costs" mindset is furthered by a heavy reliance on AI to produce mediocre work, while the human staff is pushed to the breaking point. If you prove yourself to be competent, you aren't met with praise or a promotion. Instead, you will be assigned the workload of two people and expected to work unpaid overtime to get it all done. Ultimately, this is a workplace where raises and recognition are non-existent, yet additional responsibilities are handed out constantly. The business model is centered on paying the bare minimum and burning employees out until they either quit or are let go. It is an environment that relies on high turnover and low respect, making it an unsustainable choice for anyone looking for a healthy or rewarding career path.
