Good benefits. Very flexible with work/life balance needs. IT actually follows best practices for software development. Remote work. Friendly people.

Working remotely so can't speak about in office condition.

Being remote is the only perk, but that's pretty standard these days so not saying much.

A constant slog of endless meetings that could have been emails. Never ending process changes that make no difference in productivity, only gives management more things to measure to justify their existence. Upper leadership is very cloak and dagger with keeping things secret from you, you really have to know the right people to get any real information on what's going on in the company. Performance review is a joke, they will nitpick reasons not to pay you the raise you are due and drag the process out forever. Low salary to begin with as well. Stay away!
