I did not listen to reviews. Please trust me and work elsewhere. - Ineffectual management - Fake hospitality/caring - Strict on in office days - Do not care about accommodations - Will terminate with no warning - Boring and no fulfillment - Outsource to India for cheaper work

They let you work remotely.

Cons

They never kept their word, will lure you in with ideas of making way more commission. Then show you all the illegal practices they are conducting every day. If you decide to leave the company they will let you do immediately and will not pay out any commission still owed to you.

We work at home for the time being.

Incredibly TOXIC work environment. Trainings are minimal, and when they do happen, you are given an hour and then let go to the wolves. Managers are extremely unprofessional, ridiculing and insulting people in front of the rest of the team. They openly speak about other employees negatively. Seems no one knows what they are doing, as we are told a million different things by multiple people and then yelled at when it’s done wrong, yet the management can’t take accountability for telling us to do it that way. Favoritism is blatant.
