Horrible to work for RUN - Anonymous biBerk Insurance Services Employee Review

Incredibly TOXIC work environment. Trainings are minimal, and when they do happen, you are given an hour and then let go to the wolves. Managers are extremely unprofessional, ridiculing and insulting people in front of the rest of the team. They openly speak about other employees negatively. Seems no one knows what they are doing, as we are told a million different things by multiple people and then yelled at when it’s done wrong, yet the management can’t take accountability for telling us to do it that way. Favoritism is blatant.
