      Pros

      Flexibility in life. Get paid somewhat ok. Small team gives great business experience. But yeah really not the best place to work

      Cons

      Horrible management will yell at employees in front of team. Unethical decisions made all the time. People are fired often.

      demeaning and rude and sadly its allowed by HR they do nothing to fix the problem
