      You get to talk about how horrible the boss is with other coworkers when he is away

      Cons

      The owner is the worst possible employer you will ever meet. He treats his employees in the most inhumane and demeaning manner. Hands down worst job ever, couldn't get out of there fast enough. You have been warned. I am not exaggerating here, just trying to help steer you away from this horrible person.

      Flexibility in life. Get paid somewhat ok. Small team gives great business experience. But yeah really not the best place to work

      Cons

      Horrible management will yell at employees in front of team. Unethical decisions made all the time. People are fired often.
