* The office is modern and comfortable. * Colleagues are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. * Flexible work setup, with hybrid and remote options. * Generally good work-life balance.

* Unpaid salaries – January salary was only paid in mid-March, with February and March still unpaid as of now. * Bonus payments have been pending since summer last year. * Management frequently makes promises to resolve payment delays but consistently fails to follow through, offering vague or shifting excuses. * Transparency is lacking – there have been multiple instances where management has been dishonest or misleading. * Unpaid salaries and broken promises have led to a mass exodus of talent – one entire branch has since shut down, with no remaining employees or physical office. * Limited career growth opportunities. * The tech stack depends heavily on client projects, often involving outdated technologies, despite initial claims of using modern tools. * Management style is highly centralized, with one person making key decisions and controlling company finances.
