Pros

Exciting and friendly work environment. The camaraderie is entertaining, and you feel instantly like you are part of the team. There is always someone to help if you have questions. Your goals are outlined clearly, with realistic expectations, and quick advancement to existing, high earning accounts. Salary + Commission. Yearly Bonuses. Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Life insurance. The skincare products are amazing, and FREE product is given without hesitation. Management encourages new sales ideas and product suggestions. Open door policy, with even the CEO! You work directly with Doctors, and have amazing opportunities to travel all over the country for conventions and trade shows; this is a great hands on experience. Plus the team building during the trips is a lot of fun. Watching the growth happening before your eyes is exciting, especially in a declining economy.

Cons

Growing too fast; not necessarily a bad thing. Communication between departments could be better. Health Insurance is covered, but adding family is a bit high; however with Obama Care, there really isn't anything a private owned company can do about it. Watch out for the "freshmen 15". There are always free bagels and donuts; hard to resist!

Pros

The people were nice and the whole place shuts down around 4;30.

Cons

No support, was hired to do prepress, spent my time learning and creating wiping and flaming technique because the bottle's materials were changed before we started printing. I was stuck not meeting deadlines while I had to deal with a lemon of a printer from Inkcups. Management blamed me for anything that went wrong and even though I was not supposed to be client facing I had to constant keep in communicating with the reps. I was accused of altering labels which needed to be adjust or it would not fit on the bottle. The new production manager pointer the finger at me when things went bad and took all the glory for things I spent weeks on.
