Dynamic and young company. Go-to-Market side is ok.

Tech side is a disaster: no roadmap, no strategy, terrible management. Tech teams are managed by aa Non-technical and very inexperieced C-level with very clear micromanagement and toxic traits that make collaboration impossible. In his history, he already fired: VP of Engineering, Head of Data, Head of Product and we just lost half of his Core ML team. All because of his management and ego.

Competitive salary, nice office location and facilites.

Following a 15% workforce reduction due to missed economic KPIs and internal restructuring, opportunities for professional growth have notably declined. There’s a noticeable lack of meritocracy, with inequality becoming more apparent. The focus seems to have shifted towards office politics instead of the tech product vision. Transparency and the previously touted no-bullshit policy have taken a hit, now existing more in name than in practice.
