Pros
Dynamic and young company. Go-to-Market side is ok.
Cons
Tech side is a disaster: no roadmap, no strategy, terrible management. Tech teams are managed by aa Non-technical and very inexperieced C-level with very clear micromanagement and toxic traits that make collaboration impossible. In his history, he already fired: VP of Engineering, Head of Data, Head of Product and we just lost half of his Core ML team. All because of his management and ego.

- Great product which innovates and provides huge benefits to its users - Strong growth potential with well known investors - Remote working - Skilled teams
Cons
- As with most start-ups, can get very busy and longer hours at times - Outside of Cologne and Barcelona, little face to face time with colleagues (normally 6x in person meetings a year)
