The company is clearly on the fast track to success. Lots of investment in the business and its people. We're able to move a lot faster than we used to (when we were nVent). The people truly care about one another.
Cons
None that I can think of. Some minor growing pains as policies change over from nVent to Chemelex but the transition is happening quickly and is well-communicated.
Chemelex is now a private equity owned company that doesn’t care about its employees and operates with nothing but bottom line profit.
Under this ownership, there are no ‘pros’, especially their leadership.
Cons
Too many name. Prospective job hunters are advised to research very well, talk to former employees (there’s a lot of them!) and current employees confidentially.
