- Less Remuneration.
- Favoritism based on language proficiency.
- Bond of 2 years, and after two years are completed, projects allocated to you are taken away. Gradually all access is removed. Apart from leaving the organization, one does not see any other option.
- Your loyalty means nothing once you have completed two years.
- Delay in Appraisal for 3-4 months each time. And even after the appraisal, the organization acts like they have done a favor by increasing the salary.
- The CEO thinks the organization is always RIGHT, you can not have a decent discussion, because in the end, the employee is always wrong and CEO is right. ALWAYS.
- HR - Did not understand why this department was even there as it never helped with any issue.
