We recognize how painful it is to see a company you helped build go through difficult transitions, and we don’t take feedback like this lightly especially from someone who spent many years here.
Workforce changes are among the hardest decisions any leadership team makes, and they are never about dismissing the contributions or dedication of the people affected. They are driven by where the business needs to focus for the long term, not by individual performance or arbitrary actions. Every impacted employee was informed directly and treated with care, and we worked to provide support regardless of local requirements.
We also want to be clear that fear or uncertainty is not the culture we aim to create. We know that periods like this can understandably create anxiety, and that’s on us to address through clearer communication, better context around decisions, and continued investment in the teams and work that matter most.
It’s fair for people to feel differently about where the company is today, and we respect that not everyone will agree with the direction we’re taking. What hasn’t changed is our belief in the people doing the work — their skill, integrity, and commitment are the foundation of this company, and we remain focused on building a place where that work has meaning and a future.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you well in what comes next.
