Pros

There are a large amount of benefits working for this company. You can get free college tuition, tuition reimbursement, great healthcare plans, assistance with fertility treatments, four months of parental leave with 60% of income, and three weeks of vacation amd two weeks of sick time is provided. There are many more benefits but these are the top ones I can think of!

Cons

The management at this job can demonstrate favortism quite often I have also seen romantic relarionships form between lower level employees and management. Your chances of moving up in the company depends on how well management likes you and not so much on skill, background or tenure. Team leads take frequent extended breaks, hides from the call center floor, calls into work frequently and often times unavailable to help employees.

Pros

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
