Pros

So much to learn and a lot of great people to learn from. Decent compensation package. Pto balances. Lots of room for growth

Cons

Each manager will follow how they read the rules. Team size fluctuates from a manageable 15 to 30+. Communication between site director, OM, and TL is 2/10. OMs will give empty threats to TLs to ensure that deliverables are met. And when they are not met assign the work to another TL. Very minimal training for promotion to salary position. Stack rankings are based on widely known to be inaccurate reports. Would push tls to work 50+ hours a week while OMs worked 30.

nothing I can think of. Unfortunately it was acquired by JPMC in 2020

Pros

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
