      Ok place for the freshers.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Tendency to cut amount from salary and never give it back. Director lacks vision, expertise and direction. Exit policy is worst of the worst.

      There are so many positives. These include: the people who run delaPlex; the people who work at delaPlex, the amazing customers, the growth opportunities; the flexibility to work from home, the benefits, and the strong compensation.
