Long working hours. Tendency to cut amount from salary and never give it back. Director lacks vision, expertise and direction. Exit policy is worst of the worst.

No onsite opportunities. No work life balance. Disgusting people to work with, non-professionals, no respect of employee. No flexible work environment, working hours are not flexible, long hours to work, internal politics too much. Culturally very poor company. High pressure environment, very bad culture and working environment. Not at all employee friendly company. Very bad Company policy. Employees are made to work on weekends also inspire the fact that there is 5 days working culture. Their HR has no standing at all and raising an issue in HR is no point there. HR has very less power. Too much of anarchism and favoritisms. It is a pain to work in such a bad organization. It is the one of the bad IT Company in India in terms of management. Management is not up to the mark. If you are looking for long term, there is no better place for long term, carrier growth are not good. Instead of delaPlex/Qmcpl, go with other option, there are lots of organization available in market. In worst case scenario go with dexlaPlex/Qmcpl.
