Pros
digitalundivided attracts (mostly) great talent that is dedicated and mission aligned.
Cons
The continuous poor decision-making by both the interim CEO, the current CEO, and the board has led this once-great organization to utter ruin. A pervasive culture of deceit has seeped into every corner, extending even to the shameful practice of posting false five-star reviews. Take, for instance, the recent claim of "intelligent leadership improving things financially and culturally" – it speaks volumes. You have all you need to know written there for you. Financially, the company is unstable, while culturally, toxicity permeates its every aspect. Furthermore, the assertion that "there was internal competition and in-fighting and that seems to be changing with new leadership" is nothing short of gaslighting and blame-shifting. The truth is starkly different. The digitalundivided team, against all odds, delivered tangible results and spearheaded groundbreaking research and programs for years. Pinning blame on a team that was dismissed due to the gross mismanagement of the interim CEO, Brittany S. Hale, and the new CEO's lack of transparency, vision, and fortitude is not just reprehensible but sadly expected from digitalundivided. What persists, and what has yet to be addressed, is the glaring issue of poor and inexperienced leadership, coupled with a board that has chosen to turn a blind eye to the organization's downward spiral.
