Pros
Working at this organization was a rewarding experience for me. Their mission aligned closely with my personal values, During my time there, I met some truly amazing and talented individuals who became more than just co-workers-they became dear friends.
Cons
There were some significant challenges: the lack of clear protocols and high turnover, especially in leadership, created instability and impacted team cohesion and productivity. Additionally, there were transparency issues regarding the organization's financial health. Operationally, the company struggled with ineffective systems, leading to numerous inefficiencies. Furthermore, there were red flags and other questionable processes.
