Most of our Support Team is really helpful to the Delivery Drivers.
Cons
Dlivrd used to reward the “Emerald Elite Club” with well tipped orders, and we used to have real human conversations that were extremely helpful with driver concerns and questions( before AI). But now we have to text to ask or receive instructions. And for a DRIVER THAT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO TXT AND DRIVE it is difficult when u are in a hurry for a response because you might be in the middle of an order.
