Pros

This company gives the best compensation compare than similar companies. Flexible The company gives 100% gratuity to their partner. Other companies, will only give small percentages to their partners. I know, the dispatch team want the best for their partner.

Cons

Sometimes, the distance is very far but the compensation is very small. Not worth it to take this job but I can’t blame this company because sometimes the customers inconsiderate to put in gratitude. This is inconsistent income ,especially during holiday.

Pros

Most of our Support Team is really helpful to the Delivery Drivers.

Cons

Dlivrd used to reward the “Emerald Elite Club” with well tipped orders, and we used to have real human conversations that were extremely helpful with driver concerns and questions( before AI). But now we have to text to ask or receive instructions. And for a DRIVER THAT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO TXT AND DRIVE it is difficult when u are in a hurry for a response because you might be in the middle of an order.

They don’t care about their drivers

Pros

When you first start you get good orders and treated nicely.

Cons

Once you’ve been with them for a few months they start giving orders away to newer drivers, they keep telling you theirs no orders and that it’s slow, then they start ignoring your requests for orders.
