great benefits, nice campus, great community to work in. the people are friendly and smart. I feel proud to be working for such a highly recognized corporation.
Cons
too many managers. ebay is no longer a growing company. it's top-heavy. Also, there are too many teams pulling the company's business model in different directions. we're trying to be an amazon and a craigslist at the same time.
