- Offers great opportunities to gain experience and get exposure to high demanded technologies - Great place to learn - Management is always available an d quick responder - Management is always listening, so then in all the different scenarios ( specially over COVID times) they have shown common sense. - Employee focused company, they have your back.

- So far no cons, the normal stuff for this kind of size companies.

they don't have any pros at all, they only want to sell you as an object. the only pro is if you are from other country is the opportunity to change to a good company

- Monthly payment, they pay every 10 days in the next month. - They don't pay you when you arrive to United States if you are foreign. - They don't have good benefits. - Their initial accommodation is one apartment with one bedroom that you will share with others three guys in the same apartment. - 1 week vacation is not enough. - They promise you flight reimbursement but they take long time to give you back your money (don't buy the ticket flight unless they pay you the flight before) - They only have 3 people working in behalf of the company, all of the other people are outsourcing from India. - They will modify your resume to fit with the clients requirements. - If you have TN visa, this doesn't work to apply to green card which is one of their benefits. - they dont have life insurance, vision insurance and 401k plan. - if they can't find you a client, then they can't pay you anymore and they prefer to let you return to your country. - the salary is the lowest for your position, and if the client dont want to pay the rate that they want, then they will try to pay you less than you agreed with them.
