Don't always believe what you read. There are a lot of hard working employees who are treated very well in the organization. Senior leadership holds everyone accountable and as long as you work hard you are rewarded greatly. There are many people who take pride in working here. There are weekly happy hours, summer and holiday parties, volunteer work if you want, leaders who care about their teams progression, a crazy amount of paid time off, caring team members and overall good fun and banter.
