Great remote work culture but challenging commission structure - Account Executive eGroup Employee Review

Success here is extremely territory dependent. If your territory is anywhere on the western half of the US, you are fighting an uphill battle between absolutely no brand recognition, and local MSPs who are much more established. The commission structure here is laughably bad. Don't expect to hit anywhere near the stated OTE. Benefits here are just as laughably bad. I've never seen health insurance have such bad coverage while still having such a high premium.
