eGroup dialed up its game this year. Coming off a bland 2015 due to some manager and personnel change-ups, the team really dug in and got back to basics, greatly improving the focus and energy level. The result has been amazing, what we pared down, we got back tenfold. Now we're poised to not only become the Southeast's leading Microsoft Cloud provider, we've been tapped by numerous nationwide clients for our advanced capabilities in data center and cloud, specifically Microsoft cloud. It's true that bigger is not better, just look at the Navy Seals.
Cons
There is no hiding here. If you don't like to be in the driver's seat and leading the charge, don't bother applying. eGroup is a performance-oriented environment that values consultative and technical excellence, actually going beyond that to embrace superiority. You have to want to be here, to work within a team, and to do your part to get it done, or you'll be acutely aware of how out of your league you are here. The eGroup team is hands down the best team I've ever seen assembled. There seems to be nothing they can't do or accomplish.
