Pros
The idea of the company is extremely innovative and needed in the industry. It has a lot of potential. Due to the fact it is a start up company there were a lot of places to grow your knowledge in different areas of the industry and business.
Cons
The current CEO was/is extremely mentally harmful to the entire team, showed favoritism, and never listened to ideas. Always put the blame on others, and made a very hostile environment that was unbearable for employees. Since the management and leadership team treated the employees so poorly, there was a constant turn around of new employees to train. The pay was horrible, and there were no laws in place at the company. HR isn’t a thing, and it shows with the amount of harassment that goes on within the company.
