Pros

ePraxis has been the most rewarding workplace I've ever experienced. Management operates with high integrity and sets clear, high expectations—but they also provide the support you need to meet them. Quality work is genuinely valued here, and when you put in the effort, it gets recognized and rewarded. A very rewarding, high-integrity, high-quality work environment/culture. The remote setup is flexible and well-structured, making it easy to stay aligned without being micromanaged. There’s strong technical support when needed, and the overall work environment promotes autonomy, respect, and trust. The work itself is interesting and impactful, and the culture promotes both independence and collaboration. Any technical miscommunications are resolved promptly and with understanding. Compensation is great, often with opportunities to increase as your work improves. Full-time employees also receive some benefits, and the work-life balance is excellent. It’s a company where doing your best really does pay off, and the environment makes it easy to stay motivated and engaged. Great place to work!

Cons

Not really anything to mention here... You won't have too many co-workers if you're working remotely. But that's never been a "con" or setback in my mind. I honestly enjoy it.

The upside at ePraxis is that you get to work with great people who are the best in the industry. The pace is professional, quick-stepped, and results-focused. Life-time learning is a must. Experimenting and driving for innovative solutions is encouraged; periodic failures are understood, examined, and processes put into place to make situations better; the mantra, fail fast and fail cheap are appreciated learning values. The company strives to operate at the premier level of retained search, selection, and coaching. Retention of employees is high as evidenced by a state unemployment insurance rate of 0.2%

Cons

ePraxis is not for everyone; the pace is quick; demands are high; and if you are not results focused, you might find it uncomfortable. The company says they work hard and play hard; however there is no playing until your work is done.
