You have to engage in repetitive tasks and the salary isnt as good as others

Pros mostly relate to the warehouse. You sit and program tablets all day. Easy repeatable and in the AC

The CEO got a god complex. Bought out his partners then kind of became the end all be all of the company. Pay structure is stilted, when some one leaves instead of hiring a new employee, they split responsibilities to the rest of the team. Laid off a good portion of call center staff at beginning of pandemic, then replaced most of them with overseas workers to save money.
