Pros
eTP was a great place for people to get noticed and advance that came from non traditional backgrounds. It was a start everything was high velocity given the nature of the technology and limited funding. The interview process is transparent in that the leadership tells you straight up what to expect. Overall, the elt team believed in their people and those who wanted to move up were rewarded.
Cons
The company was acquired in 2022 by private equity and a result s the senior female leadership left. The new company did not understand anything about our customers or how we work and changed everything for the worse. Additionally they significantly cut our headcount and overburdened everyone with even more work without resources. We had less than 20 employees and this got cut to under 10 for a POS company. The new company has no women in leadership and is mostly white men.
