Pros
you get to learn some interesting aspects off offline/online world
Cons
the management is all over the place. they do not communicate their decisions, so today you can be promoted only to be demoted within two days. No movement or growth. Lots of reviews here are fake. Place is BS.

We are sorry you had this experience and welcome the feedback. Improving communications and the reasons behind management decisions are our top priority for HR and the exec team. Thanks for weighing in.
Higher than average ratio of talented, intelligent professionals to work with
Thought leader in their chosen markets
Fun, motivating environment
Tons of interesting projects to inform and grow
Cons
Pivoting into new arenas is always stressful, but great companies need to adapt and grow
- Great team environment; lots of noise -- people actually talk to each other and are excited about they are working on
- No BS management; everyone may not like it but they tell it like it is
- Strong product that is easily market leader but needs marketed better
- Good growth profile for the company; good opportunity to grow as the company does
- As others have noted -- very much a self-starter environment. Not alot of handholding here. If you are the kind of person that likes to take an idea and run, this place is great. If not, you may struggle.
- Friendly team that genuinely seem to like to spend time together
- Management is pretty open and although there are definite tiers in the company, everyone is pretty accessible
- Work ethic is strong across the board
- Honest to a fault -- committed to client service in an industry that is pretty indifferent to it
- Constantly adapting to market changes which means projects change as do priorities - making for dynamic environment, albeit a little exhausting
- Company of builders
Cons
- Coordination of global teams needs improvement; inconsistent communication between offices
- Junior employees could use more direct management to grow
- More marketing outreach needed so that people understand the product and company better
- Offices are cool but getting cramped
