Pros

> great insight into a fast-paced and growing industry > most of the people here are good, fun-loving, smart people who want to do a great job

Cons

> highly political atmosphere. basically with some departments, beware, you're dealing with a minefield. anger the wrong person and you can end up in hot water. > horrific on-boarding/welcoming of new employees - if youre not smart and a complete self starter you'll find this job way too challenging and you'll feel overwhelmed in no time > there is too much focus on just "putting bodies in seats" rather than overall quality of people put IN those seats > it seems like people here want to just hire people that are relatives or friends - again, no focus on the actual quality of folks that are put into those positions > overwhelming amount of work with little to no guidance from superiors - this depends on departments. Some depts show that the superiors do as much (if not more) work than others. in other depts, it seems like the people managing have so much less work than the people they manage > the office space absolutely sucks. you hear conversations that are over google hangouts that are done VERY loudly and can be disruptive to your work > lack of conference rooms (WHEN YOU NEED THEM) > lack of transparency on management's part > it feels like in some departments some people work WAY harder than others...while other coast by with little to no repercussions. overall inconsistency in how teams are managed > compensation is below market rates > company culture seems to be changing towards a more corporatized stringent attitude and as a result this job ends up feeling very rigid and not much fun

Thank you for your feedback and we take your comments very seriously. We are surprised by these (except for the lack of conference rooms, a growing pain) and will certainly investigate to learn more and solve these issues as quickly as possible. We have already implemented a new on-boarding program to welcome new hires and we do not hire relatives but we certainly encourage employee referrals, which may include friends who are former colleagues. Since you are a current employee, we would encourage you to share more suggestions with HR or your manager so we can make improvements.

Odd vibe of this company. You feel a bit isolated here

Pros

you get to learn some interesting aspects off offline/online world

Cons

the management is all over the place. they do not communicate their decisions, so today you can be promoted only to be demoted within two days. No movement or growth. Lots of reviews here are fake. Place is BS.

Pros

decent company to start your career if you just graduated. nice location most people are nice enough

Cons

- lack of management control over things that are not supposed to exist in a professional area, such as coworker yelling at people, ignoring coworkers, abusive languages in group messages and other unprofessional behaviors. Managers, for some reasons, seem to lack of control and effectively action to prevent this from happening. - lack of clear job responsibilities, terrible job classification in some department. - uneven team workload. some department may do 'team building' EVERYDAY, while some NEVER do. - C-level sometimes could be very aloof and have different treatments to people. - You will be in the black list if you quit the company.
