I worked at this company for just over two years in the accounting department, and my experience ended in an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional way. I was moved from onboarding to a customer success role, even though I was upfront that I didn’t have a sales background. Two weeks later, I was told I didn’t have the experience they needed and was let go.
To make matters worse, this happened right before a two-week vacation I had scheduled six months in advance — my first real time off since joining. Then, the company told everyone internally that I had chosen to leave for a better opportunity, which was completely false. I found this out through friends I had referred to the company, and it was honestly shocking.
It’s one thing to make a business decision, but another to completely misrepresent the truth. The lack of transparency and integrity from management was deeply disappointing. There are some genuinely kind and talented people who work there, but leadership’s behavior overshadowed any positives.
