1. It's a joke changing people on management for them each year, sometimes bi-annually (VPs, CEOs, Directors), causing lack of vision , weak goals and absolutely chaotic planning and organisation. 2. People within tend to enjoy playing with job aspirants and their career , because they need to feed their sadist nature and feed their unskilled incompetent job practices, by denying opportunities to promotion and growth to a hardworking skilled resource 3. Entirely Unskilled , incompetent , deprecated technology practitioners and their inability to interview candidates , leading to frequent (80%) probation failures and way too frequent layoffs. 4. The organizational leadership ladder is weak enough to draft plans, goals, projects, tasks, and investment into unskilled labor (promoting boot-licking over skills and hardwork while considering lay-offs) leading to rapidly depleting revenue and a sustainability crunch.
