Pros

Very Little company felt like north Korea with the bullying and all the made up deadlines to get as much work out of the engineering's as possible.

Cons

People would be yelled and screamed at in office at the back by the managers they where treating the developers like crap.The Company has been losing money over the last couple of years which doesn't surprise me as the management team had very little understanding of software or how to build a good sustainable product.Pay was below market rate for the job

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We have all been working from home since March 2020 and we now have a remote-first working policy in place. As your comment relates to working in an office, it must be at least 22 months ago that you worked for everyLIFE Technologies and so much has changed since then. Our senior management team now includes a Head of Engineering and a Head of Product and Data, who bring a great deal of software development knowledge and experience with them. Without knowing more specific details, it is difficult to comment further on your claims, but it is not, and never has been acceptable to shout at people in the office. If this ever were to occur, we, like other companies, would deal with the matter through the appropriate channels. You mention that our product is a nice idea that would bring a lot of benefit to people in the Care industry. Thank you! We also feel passionate about our product and the benefits that it brings. Our focus on quality and delivering the best experience means that we are constantly investing. This includes investing in our people as well as our product and our rates of pay are in line with, or above market rate to reflect this. Pros

We got to finish 30 mins early on a Friday and have drinks. Good pay if you're in management's good books.

Cons

Terrible company, all working separately not collaboratively. Described many times as a boys club, not an easy place for a female to excel. CEO is a tyrant. Previous positive reviews on this platform were commissioned by upper management to get ratings up.

It’s clear your experience predates some significant changes in our company's history. The Friday early finish and drinks you mention were a pre-pandemic tradition. Since 2022 we have been finishing at 4pm each Friday; 1.5 hours early. We are now a remote-first organisation, and that shift brought with it a much broader rethink of how we work, how we communicate, and what kind of culture we want to build. That culture looks very different today. Collaboration is now central to how we operate, across teams, and seniority levels. We're proud to have women in senior leadership and management roles across the business, and we've seen colleagues at all levels grow their careers here over time. The picture painted of an environment where women can't excel simply doesn't reflect the company as it stands today. On the suggestion that positive reviews have been commissioned, I can speak with confidence to the culture and practices I've been part of throughout my six years here, and commissioning reviews has never been part of that. We believe honest feedback, however mixed, is far more valuable than a curated rating. We're sorry your time here didn't reflect the best of us. We'd always encourage anyone with concerns, past or present, to reach out directly. We're a different company to the one you describe, and we're committed to continuing to improve.

Pros

- Strong solution with a superior technical advantage in most areas compared to the other players in the care-tech market. - Synergic work environment with a talented team and a flat hierarchy style allowing for a more collaborative culture. - Clear progression path established from the start with realistic goals laid out in order to achieve this within the 1st year. - Competent management who are both equally smart and people-driven in their approach. - Consistent awareness given to priority client demands and addressing these with technical optimizations added to the roadmap - Flexible remote work available but a great office complex with a strong array of facilities (meeting rooms, gym, café / restaurant, squash court).

Cons

None, having worked for 4 companies so far in my professional B2B career, I have plenty to compare with and Everylife's onboarding training, work environment, management style and progression plan opportunities were some of the best I have experienced to date.
