It’s clear your experience predates some significant changes in our company's history. The Friday early finish and drinks you mention were a pre-pandemic tradition. Since 2022 we have been finishing at 4pm each Friday; 1.5 hours early. We are now a remote-first organisation, and that shift brought with it a much broader rethink of how we work, how we communicate, and what kind of culture we want to build.
That culture looks very different today. Collaboration is now central to how we operate, across teams, and seniority levels. We're proud to have women in senior leadership and management roles across the business, and we've seen colleagues at all levels grow their careers here over time. The picture painted of an environment where women can't excel simply doesn't reflect the company as it stands today.
On the suggestion that positive reviews have been commissioned, I can speak with confidence to the culture and practices I've been part of throughout my six years here, and commissioning reviews has never been part of that. We believe honest feedback, however mixed, is far more valuable than a curated rating.
