Pros
There's not a lot of job to do here and they don't care, so work effort vs salary wise this company is a great choice.
Cons
* Most (if not all) projects are legacy, one has to work with old systems, old and outdated technology and "legacy heads" stuck in the past (e.g. Windows NT here is still a thing - not kidding) * Aside what I mentioned in the pros, all in all, salaries are at least 20-25% lower than the market average * Many toxic people. Most of them aren't bad, just numb, legacy and ignorant. There are some good guys here though, yet many of those leave the company more sooner than later * Management is also legacy, low quality people drive, most of them are unprofessional and try "experiment" with things other companies already did and failed with a decade ago * Selecting leaders is only about who volunteers, capabilities is never a question. e.g. for 'team manager', one has to submit a 2-3 mins video explaining why he wants it - and that's it! So if one can "sell oneself", that's a good team manager material in their read; EQ(!), actual communication skills, etc., so key things are never a question
