- great people and culture - many ways to develop your soft skills and technical skills - has a swimming pool and a gym - chill, flexible atmosphere, chill people - interesting projects to work on
Cons
- salaries are on the lower bracket - not a clear way of improvement in your career - they will make you a PFA but not a partner, they won't give you the gross salary, only normal net salary rest is profit form the firm. - too many juniors ( a sign that many seniors are mostly leaving because of first cons) - you hit a wall from where you salary and your work responsibility will no longer improve very much - there are many "inside" events that you can not take part because you don;t know about them, many friends, many relatives, working there ,it doesn't feel very profesional, but this can be a good thing as well, depends on you
