The Leadership team consists of smart folks and very empathetic towards their employees Great place for designers and developers to build on their skills and work with amazing brands Work - life balance is maintained well Absolutely no politics and no favoritism(Unbelievable but true) It actually is lovely place to work in every manner Quality of work done her is top notch

Cons

Do not expect the perks you would get with large enterprise

We are trying to get to a level where we could afford to have the best perks someone could think of - We already have great work-life balance, flexi-timings, family insurance, snacks in the cafeteria, TGIF, Frequent Outings etc. Thank you for the positive feedback.
